Can I use my existing 500ml gelato gelato jars that I use for refills with the home delivery service?
Unfortunately, no. With the current restrictions around Covid-19, we are packaging all home delivery product in our new wholesale jars and cups and cannot accept used jars for refills. We still love the idea of reducing waste, so please hold on to your 500ml jars, and when we do reopen, we will continue to offer refills at a discounted price.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we are offering a ‘no contact’ delivery service to your door across Geelong and the Surfcoast. Please see our online shop for details on delivery dates to each area. We do ask that you ensure that you are home at the specified delivery time, and we will knock on your door to advise that your delivery has arrived.
Do you have customer service?
Please email any queries you may have to email@example.com. We will endeavour to respond to your query within 24 hours.
Do I need to be home to receive a delivery?
Yes! Due to the frozen and perishable nature of our gelato, it doesn’t like to be sitting at your front door for long… We will not leave a delivery unless we can verify that you are at home, as we would not want to see your order melt before it makes it to your freezer/or dessert bowl..
What if my favourite flavour is not listed on your home delivery site? Can I get it delivered?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will see what we can do. We are planning to list different flavours and specials that we will only offer for short periods of time – so one of your favourites may be next!
